eyebright

Origin: Northern Hemisphere

Eyebright, or also known as “eyebreaker” due to its traditional use for eye problems, is primarily used to relieve eye conditions such as conjunctivitis, eye irritations, and allergies.

You can prepare an infusion of eyebright by adding a teaspoon of dried leaves of the plant to a cup of hot water and letting it sit for about ten minutes before straining, letting it cool and applying 2 or 3 drops to each eye.
