Hoja De Guanábana

Hoja De Guanábana

Origin: tropical regions of South America, Central America and the Caribbean Soursop leaf has been traditionally used for its medicinal properties, which include inhibiting the growth of malignant cells, which can help slow down and combat different types of cancer, such as colon, breast, prostate and pancreatic cancer. However, soursop leaf tea is only used as a supplement in cancer treatment.

The soursop leaf is used both in traditional medicine and in the preparation of infusions. To do this, place the leaves in boiling water and let them rest for about 10 minutes. It is then strained and can be drunk warm, between 2 and 3 cups a day. It is recommended to drink the tea after main meals. There are no scientific studies to support how long it is safe to drink soursop leaf tea, but the general recommendation for any type of tea is to drink it for 3 months and rest for 1 month.
