Origin: North India See leaf, also known as Moringa leaf, has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine and is attributed anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties.
To prepare the seen leaf, both fresh and dried leaves can be used. They can be added to salads, smoothies, soups or even infusions. To make an infusion, you can place a teaspoon of dried leaves in a cup of hot water and let it steep for a few minutes. It is then filtered and can be drunk warm.
