Origin: Brazil and other parts of South America. Brazilian wood is used in traditional medicine for its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is also attributed diuretic properties and has been used to treat kidney and bladder problems.

To use brazilwood for medicinal purposes, it is recommended to prepare a decoction. Approximately 10 grams of brazilwood bark are added to a liter of water and boiled for about 10 minutes. Then, let it rest for a few minutes, strain and drink. It is recommended to drink one cup a day.
